These terms apply to your use of https://www.uselesscreations.in and to any work you commission from Useless Creations. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the site are starting points. Your final quote depends on the scope, length, complexity and deadline of your project, and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments and milestones

Projects are delivered in stages. You approve and pay for each stage before we move to the next. Payment terms for your project will be set out in your quote.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds at each milestone, as stated in your quote. Additional revisions beyond that may be charged separately.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the final delivered work is yours to use as agreed. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party assets

Where a project uses licensed music, stock, fonts or AI-generated elements, those remain subject to their own licences, which we’ll make you aware of where relevant.

Limitation of liability

We deliver work to a professional standard, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
